Our purpose and values
What we work for, and the values that shape how we build, produce and supply across all five of our sectors.
Our purpose
We build, produce and supply what communities in Iraq and beyond rely on, from homes and roads to food, energy, metals and minerals.
This purpose is the reason for our work and the measure of it. We aim to create long-term growth and opportunity for everyone with a stake in our business: our customers, employees and shareholders, and the communities and countries where we operate.
Our values
Integrity, responsibility and safety are our core values, and they are part of everything we do. Quality and innovation shape how we deliver our work for customers in every sector.
-
Safety
We plan every job to protect our employees, our contractors and our customers. A safe working environment is part of the service we deliver, on every site and in every field.
-
Integrity
We deal honestly with customers, partners and suppliers, and we stand behind the commitments we make to them.
-
Responsibility
We take responsibility for our work and for its effect on the people and places around it, including the communities where we build and produce.
-
Quality
We hold our work to a high standard at every stage of the construction process, from design through to commissioning, and we apply the same care to everything we supply.
-
Innovation
We use new technologies and advanced equipment to do better work. Our slogan puts it simply: building your future with Sebary Sara, where quality meets innovation.
What we bring to every project
We use new technologies and advanced equipment to deliver services that are safe and of high quality. We pay close attention to what each customer needs and to the conditions they work in. From the start of a project to its handover, we stay with our customers through design, construction, installation and commissioning, and we treat that support as one of our highest priorities.
